Effective Dec. 12, HomeSteps retired the Selling Agent Select program.

If you were a member of the Selling Agent Select program, thank you. We appreciate your support and hope that you found the Selling Agent Select program to be a useful sales tool.

Please be advised of the following important information for Selling Agent Select members as we experience the system upgrade to HomeSteps HomeBase^sm:

• The e-mailed lists of HomeSteps homes for sale will temporarily cease from Dec. 10, 2009 through Feb. 1, 2010.
• Users will need to register for the HomeSteps HomeBase^sm program as a new member, even if you were previously registered for our Selling Agent Select™ program.
• While we experience this system upgrade, we will maintain your information in a secure database and continue to source for new listing brokers via this database.

HomeSteps strives to make your experience on our Web site as easy to use as possible. For this reason, we are replacing our Selling Agent Select™ program with HomeSteps HomeBase^sm, a useful resource tool for selling agents, prospective listing brokers, non-profits, vendors and consumers.

HomeSteps HomeBase^sm to Launch in Feb. 2010

HomeSteps HomeBase^sm will launch on HomeSteps.com on Feb. 1, 2010. HomeSteps HomeBase^sm is a free, user-friendly, web-based system, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the meantime, you may continue to search for available properties online.

HomeSteps HomeBase^sm features include the following benefits for selling agents, prospective listing brokers, non-profits, vendors and consumers.
