Bulk Sales
HomeSteps® defines a bulk sale as the sale of six or more properties to the same purchaser at the same time. These properties can be any combination of single-family homes, condominiums, town homes and 2-4 family units.
You can make direct inquiries on six or more properties you have already investigated and identified, or you can provide specific criteria (market area, condition, age, list price range, etc.) and our Bulk Sales team will send you listings that match your criteria.

There is a pre-approval process that consists of:
- Completing a Bulk Sale Questionnaire
- Completing a Letter of Interest, including tax information
- Completing a Letter of Intent
- Signing a Bulk Sale Contract
There will be an internal review and approval process for each one of these steps and not all applicants will be approved. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Bulk Sale process, you may always pursue purchasing a property on an individual basis.
