Promotion is valid on all HomeSteps (Freddie Mac-owned) properties in Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri and Texas. Promotion is valid on all HomeSteps (Freddie Mac-owned) CONDOS ONLY in Florida and Virginia.
REGISTER NOW to receive your bonus coupon. The “Ask An Agent” bonus coupon will refresh in your computer browser. Print the coupon and present it to the HomeSteps Listing Broker upon initial offer. Selling Agents will receive a $1,500 bonus, in addition to regular commission, paid at closing.
There’s no limit to how many coupons an agent may redeem during this promotion – so keep selling HomeSteps homes! For each sale, you will need to Register, print out another coupon and present the coupon with your initial offer to the HomeSteps listing broker.

Also – don’t forget to have your buyers register for the $400 Buyers Closing Cost Discount! HomeSteps will pay $400 as a closing cost discount, not to exceed the total closing costs on an eligible home purchase. Buyers must register for this coupon. The bonus coupon will be sent as an email to them after they register.
Terms and Conditions:

- All offers submitted on or after February 15, 2008, and on or before April 25, 2008, are eligible.
- All sales must close escrow on or before June 9, 2008, to be eligible for bonus.
- Certificate is not valid on Auction or Sealed Bid properties.
- Seller reserves right to remove homes from “Ask an Agent” promotion or end promotion at any time.
- Coupons are not transferable and may not be combined with any other offer.
